CPSE personalised services provide everyday supports to assist you to live the life you choose. We understand that every person is different, and we are here to support your individual goals and outcomes. We can support you to live as independently as possible, in whatever environment you choose. At home, in the community, at school or work, for business, health or leisure, we provide one-on-one support, seven days a week.
We firmly believe that you are the expert of your life and our role is to support you to experience a fulfilling life in the way you choose to live.

Our Support Coordinators are professional and have many years of experience in the Disability sector in addition to relevant tertiary qualifications in social work/health or disability.achieve

Services And Support Available Through Core Funding
RESPITE CARE
Currently, there is no item listed under NDIS specifically as ‘respite’, which has caused confusion. However, respite is available but in ways, you may not be used to describing, such as:
Short term accommodation and assistance
Assistance in living arrangements (host family/alternative family) solution
Assistance with self-care overnight (different levels)
Care for those who care the most. Respite care allows carers to take a break from the demands of full-time care. DAACCS can provide you with the support you need in the comfort of your own home or assist you to access alternative models of support.
CPSE also offers alpaca farm stay which includes many exciting activities, such as:
Feed friendly alpacas and watch them play.
Go for a peaceful bike ride.
Listen to the sounds of nature as you walk through the bush.
See kangaroos hopping around at dusk.
DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE
As part of our In-Home Care servicing, we help those who want to live independently by providing support for a broad range of domestic tasks.
INDEPENDENT LIVING OPTIONS (ILO)
We help you to choose where and how you live by exploring options, matching with hosts, developing plans, and providing ongoing support.
YARD MAINTENANCE
We offer our assistance, ensuring your outdoor spaces are welcoming and accessible to all.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT & CAPACITY BUILDING
Assist you to develop your skills like personal hygiene, independent living skills and travel skills etc. at your pace and the way you want.
SOCIAL SUPPORT
Support that enables you, your family/carers to have choice and control over the support and services you choose.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Individualised support for people with a mental illness or psychosocial disability, focusing on their strengths, positive mental health and sustainable connections to communities.
CPSE STAFF WORK TOGETHER WITH YOU TO:
- develop a detailed support plan that matches the goals identified in your NDIS plan and how together we can support you to achieve these goals
- manage resources effectively to get the best outcome from your plan
- work with you to plan and reach short, medium and long-term goals as you transition through different life stages.
- collaboratively work with you to personalise your supports and match you with the right staff and services.
- coordinate service providers and support
- liaise with government and non-government agencies including NDIS
- identify and source suitable accommodation and respite options
- link you into work and other community activities
- coordinate various therapy services
